Our goal from the outset has been to provide Middle TN and Northern AL property owners with a simple, quick, and quality solution to their property needs. We take great pride in helping property owners solve difficult problems related to properties they own.
We’ve been doing business in Nashville since 2012. We renovate properties and keep a portfolio of rentals. We take pride in beautifying the real estate in our wonderful city, and providing our tenants with a great place to live.

Our two young boys find the joy and bring the fun to almost every situation. Their laughter reminds us to bring the fun and joy to both work and play–and that we will succeed in anything if we truly enjoy what we do both professionally and personally.

Sydney has had 20+ years of sales management and marketing experience in corporate America, but has always had the desire of being an entrepreneur. Building a company and team with her life partner Frank, based on the core value of Compassion, is an absolute dream come true. Making the jump from a well-established and successful career was a no-brainer, to be able to marry her business acumen with her philanthropic desire to really serve our communities and help out in ways, both big and small. Sydney is a part-time hot yoga instructor, loves the outdoors, learning new cultures through food and travel, live music, and cooking for her loved ones. Frank's strong interest in entrepreneurship led him to leave a 10 year career working for an international company as a Senior Medical Device Sales Specialist, in order to pursue his passion for real estate investing. Frank started PVS in 2012 and has never looked back. He truly believes it’s their team members and their collective intentions and attitude that separates PVS from other investors. By incorporating a tithing component to seek opportunities to help others in need, whether they do business with them or not, is at the core of the business; allowing him and his wife/business partner to live their greatest lives with purpose. Frank loves spending quality time with close friends, valued business associates and his family--especially with his lovely wife and wonderful children. Before joining Property Value Solutions, Anna applied her business administration and accounting degree to the travel industry in France. Anna has always enjoyed helping others and has spent many years volunteering in orphanages and elderly care facilities. Anna continues to help others by being one of the first points of contact for the company.Anna is a wife and doting mother of two. She loves to have fun, spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places. Anna works hard to demonstrate for her kids the importance of being genuine, kind and always helpful to those in need.
